The biological Society
For the realization of a natural social society in form of a biological democrazy it is important to say goodby to
today's political partys with its hierarchical and absolutist organization, since a biological democracy only can be realized through direct political mandates. Thereto thAll that is necessary is a self-presentation of all politicians on an Internet platform, which enables sufficient personal tangibility of the politicians for the citizen. As a result the views, the personal skills and the achievements of a politician become decisive for his success and not his position in a party list. The previous selection of politicians by the rankings of a party has become inscrutable for today's citizen, no matter which party one looks at today, and therefore does not do justice to a biological democracy. A biological democracy is always a direct, active and binding democracy that enables the "ordinary" person to have a real influence on the shaping of society.
Since a biological democracy can do without the elaborate hierarchical structure of today's political party apparatuses, it can also be implemented in a relatively rapid manner by a societyl Internet platform.
Such a solution costs the people only a fraction of what the current political apparatus devours in money. A biological democracy can also do without the expensive election posters, as they primarily serve the reputation of the
parties. For the citizen, a reference to the individual politician is more valuable, which can be realized at any time by the appropriate design of a society Internet platform. This Internet platform must offer the following
possibilities so that it can fulfill the necessary tasks of a biological democracy.
1. An election portal for the election of local administrative officials. The natural basis of a decentralised biological democracy is the formation of political community through obligatory private discussion
circles, which happen on Sunday, and the direct election of the own local administrative officials by the citizens. In this way, a biological executive is created from the bottom up. As soon as the local officials have benn
elected by the citizen, the local officials elect the district officials, the district officials the state officials and the state officials the federal officials. This requires a Internetsite on which the applicants for the
local executive power and the district executive power introduce themselves. In this way, the citizen has the first and the last word on the design of the executive within a biological democracy. As a rule, today's citizens
have no influence whatsoever on the executive, which is not elected, but determined "from above" and in which there is no change of personnel. As a result, the bureaucracy in culture is not regularly
"ventilated" and can produce the damage that today's German bureaucracy produces in Germany.
2. The election portal for the state parliament, the federal parliament, the state judges and the federal judges with the connected portal for the holding of a democratic referendum. 3. The information portal
Demopedia with comprehensibly prepared information about all rules and laws (as in Switzerland), for a general basic understanding of political self-organization, about the composition of the district councils, the state
parliaments and the Bundestag and about the upcoming decisions of the state parliament, the federal parliament and the Supreme Court. As an annex a political barometer is important, which shows in form of the concept "by
people for people" the will of the people in relation to every week changing political questions.
The implementation of the society Internet portals
Since man can no longer afford to wait for today's states to finance the implementation of a biological democracy through the necessary Internet portals, the realization of these portals has become a matter for
the citizen.on
Regular financial support in the form of donations is necessary for the development of the Internet portals, for which a future-proof open-source solution by the Mozilla Foundation /Firefox) can be considered.
An alternative that is conceivable in the event of a higher volume of donations would be the establishment of a dedicated foundation that would enable the rapid completion of the Internet instruments for the
design of a biological democracy. The foundation volume expected to be required for this is approx. 8 - 10 million euros.
Until further notice, donations can be transferred to the provisional donation collection account: Wolfgang Hauke IBAN DE26 6619 0000 0029 5848 34 BIC GENODE61KA1 with the note: Internet Platform.
